The location was really convenient. I could easily access ferries, trams, and trains. The two-bedroom suite had great harbour views from the 13th floor. A convenience store next door was very handy.
The carpets looked quite worn. I noticed dust in several areas. The living area did not seem to be dusted regularly (or at all).

I appreciated the very accommodating staff at the front desk. They even brought in a roller bed. This made a huge difference for my two children. The breakfast included cereals and juice buffet style. Hot food was available a la carte, AMAZING!!!
